Each Athlete is allowed to make up 1 class per month. Bronze Members are allowed to attend the Make-Up Class on the 3rd Saturday of the month. Silver Members are allowed to attend the Make-Up Class on the 3rd Saturday of the month or you can receive an Open Gym Pass instead of the class. Gold Members are allowed to attend the Make-Up Class on the 3rd Saturday of the month or you can receive an Open Gym Pass or you can Make-Up in another class of the same level. Coaches will be decorating pumpkins and you get to vote on your favorite by donating canned foods! Each can equals 1 vote! Our goal is to collect 400lbs of food!
