SKILLS TESTING WEEK 3.31-4.5
	Skills Testing week is when we test your children to see where exactly they are in the class that they are in and if they need to move up to the next level or stay in the level they are in for a little while longer. TUMBLE CLINIC 3.22
	It’s never too early to get your back handspring for cheer tryouts in the Spring! Get a head start March 22nd at our Tumble Clinic from 1p-3p! There is a discount for signing up and paying early! Please pre-register for this event.
MAKE UP CLASS
	Each Athlete is allowed to make up 1 class per month. Bronze Members are allowed to attend the Make-Up Class on the 3rd Saturday of the month. Silver Members are allowed to attend the Make-Up Class on the 3rd Saturday of the month or you can receive an Open Gym Pass instead of the class. Gold Members are allowed to attend the Make-Up Class on the 3rd Saturday of the month or you can receive an Open Gym Pass or you can Make-Up in another class of the same level.  Our next Saturday Make-Up Class is April 19th from Noon-1p.

	Mini Meets are a way for your gymnast to show you what they can do. It is a fun event where parents, grandparents, and friends to see them perform routines on every event. Everyone is allowed to go back into the gym and take pictures and see the routines up close. There is a ceremony for all of the kids after the meet is done. EVERYBODY WINS! The meet is $15 but if you get the meet leotard for $35, you get the meet for FREE! Register by March 1st to get a spot.
SCHOOL’S OUT CAMPS 3.10-3.14
	Spring Break is coming up. Bring your kids to Eagle’s Wings Athletics for a fun filled day of crafts, open play, structured games, and more. Bring their snacks, lunch, and energy!!!! Sign up by calling the office at 972.347.5540 or by signing up on our parent portal. Sign ups start today! Don’t let your spot be taken.

BRING A FRIEND WEEK 2.10-2.15
	It’s all about the love this month at EWA, so why not share that love with you and your friends?? Next week is Bring a Friend Week at Eagle’s Wings Athletics. You may bring any friend to your class as long as they don’t already attend EWA and are age appropriate for your class. Handouts are going out this week to hand to your friends. They must have the parent sign the waiver and bring it with them to be able to take the class with your child! We are offering Free registration {$35 value} to any “friends” who sign up on the day of the class and we are offering a double referral reward {$40 value} to any current member who’s “friend” signs up the day of the class!

	Please note that EWA will be closed Monday December 23rd – Wednesday January 1st for classes only!  We will still be hosting Friday Nite Open Gym, School’s Out Camps, Saturday Nite Open Gym, and our Annual New Year’s Eve Lock-In during our class closure!  If you have any questions, please call the office.

	The place to be on New Years Eve is right here in the gym! We will have games, Open Gym time, an amazing DJ, Light Show, Balloon Drop and more! Dinner and Breakfast will be provided! This will be non-stop fun for your kiddos and a time for you to go out and enjoy yourself. The Lock-in is from 7pm on December 31st 2013- 9am on January 1st 2014!!! The Pricing is $35 for the first kid, $25 for the second kid, and $75 for families with 3 or more kids. We have limited spots so sign up today to make sure you have one! MINI MEET 12.7
	Join us Saturday, December 7th, for our Christmas Mini Meet for all of our students that are enrolled in classes. This is a time for the kids to show you how they are doing and the routines that they have learned in classes. You will be able to come out on the floor with them and take pictures and then at the end they will get awards and be able to stand on the Podium with their award and show it off to everyone there. 🙂 This will be a fun time for them. If you purchase the Mini Meet Leo ($35) the meet itself is free. If you do not want the leo and would still like your child to participate it will be $15. See you there!

	Eagle’s Wings Athletics will be teaming up with the North Texas Food Bank to help Scare Away Hunger this month!  Coaches will be decorating pumpkins and you get to vote on your favorite by donating canned foods!  Each can equals 1 vote!  Our goal is to collect 400lbs of food!  Please check out our Facebook Event by clicking here for all the details!! Voting starts today to don’t forget to bring your canned foods!
